About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Intake Clinician to join our team at Adult & Child Health. As an Intake Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and referring new clients to our agency. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and will play a critical role in helping them understand and begin their recommended treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide crisis and emergency intervention services as needed
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure seamless transitions and referrals
  • Document client information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree and license eligible in Indiana
  • Two years of clinical experience
  • LMHC, LCSW, LCAC, or LMFT preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
