- Perform crisis interventions and de-escalation techniques to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Coordinator to reduce unnecessary emergency room visits and promote efficient care.
- Participate in daily shift changes and report any health-related concerns or alerts.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT).
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in substance use disorder treatment.
- CPR/First Aid certification and a valid California driver's license.
- A competitive hourly rate of $35-$40, depending on experience and qualifications.
