Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Practice Administrator II to oversee patient flow and daily operations for ambulatory practices with greater than 50 FTE staff, including providers.

This position reports to the Director of Operations or designee and is responsible for overall practice operations, strategy, and development, budget, revenue, compliance, communication, quality, and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee patient flow and daily operations for ambulatory practices with greater than 50 FTE staff, including providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for practice operations, budget, revenue, compliance, communication, quality, and project management.
  • Manage multiple priorities, provide strong customer service, and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations or designee to ensure effective practice operations.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • More than seven years of experience in a medical office practice.
  • More than seven years of supervisory/leadership experience in an ambulatory setting.
  • Certification in Physician Practice Management is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, provide strong customer service, and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and previous Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
  • EPIC experience is preferred.
