Position Title:

Site Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Site Coordinator is accountable for the organization, development, and oversight of a comprehensive after-school initiative. The role requires availability during designated hours, including early morning and late afternoon sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the program staff effectively.
  • Create and distribute weekly lesson plans that encompass various educational components.
  • Develop weekly staff schedules and assign responsibilities.
  • Exemplify healthy eating practices by consuming approved foods during designated meal times.
  • Promote active living by participating in games and physical activities with participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of enrolled participants.
  • Ensure proper identification verification of guardians during child pick-up.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding any concerns, including incidents or injuries.
  • Oversee cleanliness, safety, and overall environment of the program area.
  • Assist in staff recruitment, budget planning, and training schedule organization.
