Job Description

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and growing share of the account by delivering exceptional service throughout each customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business travel accounts to maximize business potential
  • Negotiate group business, guest room rates, meeting room rental, and hotel services within assigned markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • Conduct pre- and post-conference meetings with clients
  • Attend property-specific receptions to generate leads and interact with customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years in hotel service role or sales experience preferred
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work collaboratively with hotel service team
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
