Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Schulte Hospitality Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the hotel brand and strategy to effectively communicate with clients
  • Manage business travel accounts to maximize revenue potential
  • Negotiate group business, guest room rates, and hotel services to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize room block sales
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff to provide exceptional customer service
