About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Flexologist at SLX HOLDINGS LLC. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional stretching services to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout stretch sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs, providing personalized stretching plans and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our services and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as massage therapy, personal training, or physical therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of stretching techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
