Job Opportunity

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Flexologist. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and retention.
  • Manage client care by updating notes and booking appointments.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote the studio.

Requirements:

  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Fitness certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $22-$25. Opportunity to increase earnings as clients are added to your book of business.
