Job Opportunity at SLX HOLDINGS LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Flexologist. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey.
  • Contribute to the growth and retention of our client base through sales and outreach efforts.
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional service, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments.
  • Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Address client concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with Sales Associates and the General Manager to support studio tours and sales efforts.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use.

Requirements:

  • A passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Fitness certification required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive environment.
  • A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour for stretching members, with opportunities for additional hours supporting the studio at $10 per hour.
