Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support the backend processes for our SBU product line and drive the pricing and financial analysis for multiple SBUs. This role will be responsible for leading a small low complexity SBU that requires more tactical coordination, enabling Diversey to grow healthcare market share with targeted end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Product Introduction Process: Manage the NPI process within SAP for the Hand care and Adjunct Technologies, including adding new projects, creating Fast Track requests, and tracking projects through the process.
  • Price Books: Update and maintain product price books, work with Product Managers and Pricing Leads to develop pricing strategies, and provide input into potential product mix impact by product line.
  • Product Line Communications: Update product communications, review and update product information in Product Selection guides, and manage product line communications.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Team Operations: Provide on-going support for sales executives and key account managers, including researching GPOs, updating the Salsify website, managing sample requests, and resolving customer issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience, ideally including prior experience in Applications, Sales, Global Marketing, and R&D
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in SAP,, and Tableau, with skills in financial modeling and analysis required
