We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Hygiene Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our environmental services company, you will be responsible for leading our Industrial Hygiene Service Line and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of IH and safety projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our IH services and client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage work across divisional marketing efforts and foster a team culture within the IH Service Line.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional IH firms and individuals to creatively staff projects and win opportunities.
  • Provide IH Service Line leadership, oversight, and management of personnel, salaries, reviews, divisional budgets, expenses, and goals for revenue and profit.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of IH and safety consulting experience with demonstrated business development capabilities and history of repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • IH and/or safety experience in the DC Metro Area.
  • Professional accreditation preferred (e.g., CIH, CSP, or CHMM).
  • Proven leadership in project, staff, and business management.
  • Ability to mentor and train staff.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent technical communication, teamwork, business development, and staff management skills.
  • Deep understanding of safe work practices.
