About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
