Critical Care Nurse

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse with Hospital Sisters Health System, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to our sickest and most vulnerable patients. You will be an important member of the medical team, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required
- Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred
- Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked
