Position:
Retail Customer Support Specialist

Type:
Full-Time Permanent role - retail environment

Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday (no Sunday or Monday shifts)

Location:
Main workplace located in a central area with ample parking available.

Additionally, there will be a requirement to assist in our client's other showrooms, necessitating a valid driver's license and personal transportation.


Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 annually, plus attractive company benefits.

The Role:
Our client specializes in the supply and installation of engineered hardwood flooring for both residential and commercial clients. They operate from multiple showrooms in the region.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assisting with sales, administrative tasks, and procurement.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining effective communication.
- Proficiently using MS Office applications.
- Demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Travel between showrooms is required, so a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are essential.


Key Skills and Competencies Required:
- Retail experience, preferably in home improvement or DIY (not mandatory).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service abilities.
- Must be a driver with personal transport to commute between showrooms.
