Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

Dynamic Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design and Digital Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and coordinating graphic design products in support of marketing, communications, or outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with delivery teams to execute effective graphic design for communications and marketing campaigns on client and in-house projects.
* Act as a visual storyteller, offering creative solutions based on written and visual content, written scripts, or input from stakeholders.
* Generate creative and original ideas for reaching and engaging target audiences and communicating key messages.
* Brainstorm, create, and present design solutions to clients and/or delivery teams.
* Guide products from inception to completion, ensuring quality control and consistency on final projects.
* Coordinate, supervise, and ensure quality control of other designers' graphic design products to meet the expectations of delivery teams/clients.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Photography, Communications, Media, or related field at a minimum.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience working for a Creative Agency, PR/Marketing Agency, communications and marketing practice, government and/or government contractor, or non-profit.
* Expertise in accessibility, including Section 508 compliance.
* Experience managing the graphic design production of a small team.
* An electronic portfolio with strong work samples.
* Skilled use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (at a minimum) in support of graphic design and other multimedia deliverables.
* Strong graphic design skills and the ability to design and develop in multiple print and digital mediums.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to develop, design, and/or format reports, create templates, infographics, and diagrams.
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and aligning new materials to existing branding guidelines.
* Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
* Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a collaborative, remote team setting or independently.
* Ability to organize, coordinate, and deliver multiple complex projects/priorities and keep them on deadline.
* Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence.

* Preference will be given to qualified Veteran candidates.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

* Prior Government consulting or contracting experience.
* Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Photography, Communications, Media, or related field at a minimum.
* Experience in health, benefits, IT communications, and/or with Veteran and/or military audiences.
* Experience in brand development.
