Lead the Way in Digital Banking

We're seeking a seasoned Product Delivery and Integration Director to lead our Digital Banking Program Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the delivery of our banking and payments platform, enabling teams to create products at scale and powering digital channels to deliver compelling experiences in a dramatically faster fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Management, Technology Leaders, and teams to understand the intended outcome of the program, manage delivery, and communicate progress delivery.
  • Translate key business goals and enable coordination of Product Management and technology leaders and teams to drive alignment of activities to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate and review portfolio's end-to-end delivery plans.
  • Support and guide the development process, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks and issues during the delivery of the portfolio plan.
  • Facilitate the engagement of end-to-end delivery and/or support teams, negotiating where necessary to resolve any resourcing conflicts that may arise due to availability or skill.
  • Promote continuous improvement in Technology end-to-end delivery processes to drive overall improvements.
Leadership and Coaching

Technical Skills
  • Overarching understanding of technical platforms and architectural integrations.
  • An understanding of technical integration to ensure alignment of technical solutions across platforms and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a Technology PD&I leadership role, with strong experience in leading large Technology programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of leading multiple portfolios/programs/projects at a time with a demonstrated skill and maturity of integrating software and end-to-end delivery across the Enterprise.
  • Strong experience in leading end-to-end testing across many platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with system architecture, design & integration as well as business knowledge in multiple disciplines.
  • Experience in people leadership including coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience and knowledge of Enterprise Platforms.
  • Additional Agile certifications a plus.
