Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Residential Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to our students in a dormitory setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and support to students in a dormitory setting
  • Assist students with special problems and conduct dormitory meetings
  • Maintain communication with students, counselors, instructors, and other staff members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
