The Ecommerce Shipping Specialist is integral to our fulfillment operations, responsible for managing the complete shipping process of online orders. As an Ecommerce Shipping Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the shipping process for orders that are ready for dispatch.
  • Ensuring accurate order fulfillment to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing software to determine the most efficient shipping methods.
  • Creating shipping labels using various software platforms.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meeting daily shipping output goals.
  • Complying with quality standards and company policies.
  • Assembling shipping containers and ensuring products are securely packed.
  • Assisting in warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is preferred.
