As a key member of the SZ Management team, the General Manager - Hotel Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel. This includes managing staff, establishing and achieving business objectives, and building a positive company image through collaboration with customers, government, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, selecting, and training managers
  • Developing strategic plans and budgets

Requirements:

  • Hotel experience a plus
