Job Summary:

As a Machinist I at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for operating technologically advanced CNC machine tools to create complex parts from various metals safely, effectively, and efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the precision and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machine tools, including cylindrical and surface grinders, CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes, to create complex parts from various metals.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to manufacture complex parts and equipment.
  • Work with a variety of hand tools and inspection tools to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Related technical diploma and/or 3+ years of experience working in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts or equivalent related military experience.
  • Working knowledge of CAM software and the ability to read/interpret G-Code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
