Role Summary: In the capacity of Service Operations Leader, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of our service division. Your key duties will encompass supervising the service personnel, upholding exceptional quality standards, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide a team of automotive technicians and service consultants.
  • Enhance workflow within the service division to guarantee effective service execution.
  • Ensure customer contentment by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Implement safety measures and guarantee adherence to industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive service management.

  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
  • ASE certification or equivalent is advantageous.
