About the Position

The Bartender role at Bar Lab is ideal for those who are passionate about creating memorable Guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, assisting Guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Preparation: Restock bar area with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages.
  • Guest Support: Answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist Guests with menu choices.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous Experience: At least 1 year of bartending experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
