Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team at LiLLiStar. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with a proven track record of providing outstanding service and ensuring seamless operations. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve Guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth and Service Delivery: Develop and implement initiatives to increase beverage sales and enhance the overall Guest experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of bartenders, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Inventory Control and Cash Handling: Manage inventory levels, reconcile cash transactions, and maintain accurate records to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for Guests and staff.
  • Guest Communication: Respond promptly to Guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous Bartending Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mixology and cocktail preparation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Control: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage cash handling and inventory control processes accurately.
  • Health and Safety: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
