Position Overview:

Walstrom Marine is seeking a meticulous and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Accounting teams.

This position demands attention to detail to guarantee accurate information, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process commissions from the Sales Manager, ensuring timely submission to Salespersons and Payroll.
  • Conduct audits of commissions as required for approval.
  • Verify the accuracy of new boat sales documentation, including customer and inventory details, financing agreements, and trade-ins.
  • Manage the sale of consignment boats, confirming compliance with consignor requirements and processing necessary payments.
  • Act as the primary contact for monthly floor plan audits.
  • Assist with lien processing and review of the monthly service efficiency budget.
  • Support the rebate process by ensuring completion and submission of forms to Accounting.
  • Oversee the accuracy of work order numbers on fuel receipts and related documentation; review and approve invoices for Accounting.
  • Maintain control of the petty cash fund, processing reimbursements and preparing monthly reconciliations.
  • Assist with service work order billing, generating reports on customer invoices, and addressing outstanding amounts and customer inquiries.
  • Process daily bank deposits and manage business mail.

Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail in document review and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of sales principles to support the sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant computer systems.
