We are seeking a seasoned researcher with a robust background in the Department of Defense (DoD) or similar environment to join our team at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing, measurement, and experimentation with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze real-world data to ensure validity and reliability, supporting assurance of critical government missions
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of AI researchers at the forefront of defense and health testing
  • Develop AI Assurance plans across a wide range of projects, working directly with our sponsors

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with at least 5 years of experience in crafting test plans and scoping requirements
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences and translating project requirements into technical milestones
  • Hold an active Secret level security clearance and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance
