Job Summary

This role supports the analytical aspects of the product management lifecycle within the Product Experience and Capabilities Portfolio at Highmark Health.

The successful candidate will help develop, document, and inventory existing capabilities that power insurance products, including modularization, insurance product configuration, and alternative health plans.

Key responsibilities include identifying necessary capabilities to deliver a high-quality customer experience, partnering with stakeholders, and creating deliverables such as business vision, requirements, and product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of modern product management delivery practices and methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Lean/Six Sigma.

Additional responsibilities include business analysis, business requirements definition, and documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with required standards and obtaining necessary approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 years in a Business Analysis and/or Analyst role
  • 3 years in Lean/Six Sigma and/or Process Improvement
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Business Analysis Professional (IIBA) certification
  • Prior experience collaborating with and influencing senior executives, decision makers
  • Report Writing
  • Advanced knowledge of and some prior experience in applying Agile Methodology and Agile Project Management

Language and Travel Requirements

The language of this role is English, and travel requirements include regular office-to-site travel and occasional out-of-office sales activities.
