Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
