Job Responsibilities:
The Cloud Architecture Specialist offers guidance, solutions, principles, standards, and best practices for public cloud utilization at Lexmark.

Proficiency in Azure Copilot and Azure AI services, including OpenAI and AI Search, is essential. The specialist should be capable of architecting solutions, possess strong cost management experience, and have expertise in cloud application monitoring.

Focus will be on empowering business and IT leaders to make investment choices that balance and prioritize immediate operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the organization's long-term strategic vision.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Applications with over 8 years of IT experience.

Essential Skills:
- Apply industry standards and Lexmark best practices to design cloud-specific solutions for business challenges.
- Collaborate with application and business teams to gather requirements.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code techniques to construct and deploy cloud infrastructure, translating reference architecture into executable code.
- Work alongside various teams to ensure effective integration, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of cloud solutions.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting cloud solutions as necessary.
- Understand and implement cloud security principles within the Lexmark environment, including Azure roles, policies, resource configurations, firewalls, service principals, managed identities, and networking.

- Estimate and manage cloud infrastructure costs.
- Provide expertise and leadership in cloud architecture for both infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Stay updated with industry trends and cloud provider advancements, making recommendations to enhance company performance.
- Collaborate as part of a global team utilizing a SAFe framework.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including git source code management, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD concepts is required.
- Familiarity with OS virtualization and management is necessary, with Azure experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows or Linux system administration is advantageous.
- Experience in solution design and architecture is required.
- Understanding of networking concepts is essential, including Azure VNETs, subnets, NSGs, and load balancers.

Additional Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Entra and/or M365 is a plus.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep and Terraform is preferred.
- Scripting experience in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible is beneficial.
