Dairy Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lactose Operator to join our team in Norfolk, NE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment in the lactose area with efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment in the lactose area to meet production schedules and maintain product quality.
- Monitor and report any issues with product quality or equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the Packaging Department to ensure smooth sample completion and redirection as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in dairy or wet processing.
- Previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn forklift operation.
