JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with the Digital Communications & Business Analytics Manager, contributing to the formulation and dissemination of analytical reports for the Domestic Sales & Marketing Division.
This role involves working with various data sets and industry tools to generate valuable insights for key stakeholders within the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execute the Monthly Ranking Report of Surgical Sales Consultants (SSCs) based on the methodology established by the US Sales Director.
2. Generate Monthly Domestic and International Sales Dashboards, including SalesForce Analytics and Utilization reporting.
3. Maintain the Sales Team Roster with regional alignment, contact details, and territory designations.
4. Assist Sales Management in territory alignment utilizing sales and analytics data, ensuring that systems affecting territory alignment are updated and maintained (Salesforce, SAP, SAC, Outlook, etc.).
5. Conduct product analysis reports as requested to support the overall Sales strategy.
6. Provide price analysis by territory to identify opportunities for product pricing enhancements.
7. Aid in the development and execution of contract analysis to pinpoint underperforming or overperforming accounts under contract.
8. Coordinate with Customer Service to deliver management with a monthly New Accounts Report.
9. Execute monthly Stoplight reports by territory and distribute them to SSCs and Sales management.
10. Assist in formulating Sales forecasts, target allocations, and rolling out quotas to the Sales team.
11. Analyze current and proposed compensation plans as requested by Sales management.
12. Support Sales management in tracking and providing updates for Sales contests.
13. Monitor and maintain analytics to determine Sales Award winners, ensuring trophies and certificates are ordered/printed prior to the National Sales Meeting.
14. Collaborate with the Meeting and Events Coordinator to organize and maintain event lead retrieval and provide necessary follow-up with the Sales Team.
15. Manage SalesForce licenses, ensuring new hires have access to SalesForce and are assigned accounts in their respective territories.16. Provide SalesForce training to new SSCs and offer support to current SSCs as needed.
17. Research and present potential upgrades/enhancements to the SalesForce system and processes.
18. Audit SalesForce sales data against SAP monthly to ensure consistency in reporting systems.
19. Assist in implementing email templates in SalesForce as requested (dinners, webinars, product launches, etc.).
20. Develop and maintain SalesForce organization to track product launches, certifications, product adoption, and customer feedback within SalesForce CRM.
21. Manage local Peer-To-Peer programs with the SSCs by overseeing event invitation templates, speaker communications, statements of work, honorarium setup, and coordinating with product managers on slide decks and surgeon training for presentations before scheduled events.
22. Oversee the design and execution of weekly social media posts.A social media calendar with anticipated content will be provided by the product managers (Content will include products, events, anniversaries, holidays, leadership compass, open positions, etc.) and will follow the approval process before posting.
23. Create invitations for dinner meetings, lunches, etc.24. Assist with drafting, tracking, and delivering SOWs through DocuSign for surgeon meetings.
25. Prepare an anniversary report provided by HR to determine eligibility for an anniversary post on LinkedIn.
26. Prepare an advertising schedule for the year, including due dates, specifications, and submission information, as well as timely execution of deliverables provided by product managers.
27. Create calendar invitations for each advertisement due date for the Product Manager's calendar.28. Develop media kits for domestic and international distributors, including product images, logos, email blast templates, and product descriptions.
29. Execute email blasts through Constant Contact for US and OUS on a regular basis. Campaigns will be developed by the Product Managers and will follow the approval process before delivery.
30. Perform other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with fundamental business processes and functions
- An interest in using data to analyze business performance and opportunities
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, with a high skill level in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio, SalesForce CRM, and/or SAP is a plus
- Tech-savvy with an interest in computer science or technology
- Exposure to or interest in programming languages
- Creative, analytical mindset with a desire to learn and develop
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a focus in Data Science, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Professional experience is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with employees and vendors.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to view and type on computer screens for extended periods.
