About the Opportunity

Union Leasing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Leasing and Sales Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, assisting in their progress through the sales cycle, and helping to generate new revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate qualified opportunities and assist in their progress through the sales cycle
  2. Work closely with marketing to ensure a seamless transition from marketing to sales
  3. Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to work under pressure
  • 2-3 years business or professional experience
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, and paid maternity and paternity leave. Additionally, this role offers remote work flexibility with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
