Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team at Soliant. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work under the supervision of an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students, working closely with the supervising SLP to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of therapy plans and recommendations, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Learn and apply best practices in speech-language pathology through observation, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Completion of required coursework and clinical hours.
  • Eligibility for or current Texas SLP Clinical Fellow (CF) license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
