Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Recruitment and Retention
    • Actively promote hospital services to attract new clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Patient Flow and Productivity
    • Efficiently manage the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity and ensure timely service.
    • Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to optimize patient care and workflow.
  • Client Communication and Education
    • Provide exceptional communication and education to clients regarding their pet's health, wellness plans, and hospital services.
    • Ensure clients are informed and empowered to make informed decisions about their pet's care.
  • Administrative and Financial Management
    • Manage hospital finances, including maintaining accurate balances and adhering to opening and closing procedures.
    • Process client transactions, including payments and invoices, in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
