About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Functions:
    • Greet visitors and clients, and guide them to exam rooms.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
    • Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
    • Recommend and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
    • Perform hospital maintenance, including removal of animal waste, and ensure the facility is neat and clean at all times.
  • Communication and Teamwork:
    • Answer questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
    • Collaborate with the hospital team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of veterinary experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and able to think on your feet.
