This position requires an individual who is passionate about community outreach and engagement, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human service, communications, or related field, with effective public speaking skills and the ability to engage in community-based activities and efforts that focus on changing social norms, attitudes, and behaviors.

The $21.10 - $27.04 per hour salary for this position is competitive, and benefits include a generous leave package, 11 paid holidays, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating grant projects, such as Green Dot, a bystander intervention community program, and participating in primary prevention training online and at the local, state, and national level. You will also conduct community outreach to organizations, develop and update training packets and other printed material related to prevention and education trainings, and deliver training and presentations to community members, students, and professionals as needed.
