About the Role

As a Sales Associate with Blue Compass RV, you'll be responsible for selling new and used RVs to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with our F&I department to ensure seamless transactions and build strong relationships with customers. If you're a people person with excellent communication and follow-up skills, we want to hear from you

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; RV sales experience a plus

  • Willingness to work weekends
