About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and sell to customers, providing a personalized experience and building loyalty
  • Approach customers with confidence, assess their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements
  • Recommend and sell T-Mobile products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with T-Mobile's products and services, and utilize this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • A high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age
