The role involves contacting potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments to discuss insurance options via phone or Zoom, assisting them in the application process for their chosen policies.

This position operates on a commission-only basis, with unlimited earning potential and opportunities for bonuses.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate is self-driven and capable of working from home, whether on a part-time or full-time basis, to assist families who have expressed interest in coverage. The Lamarque Agency seeks a business partner dedicated to helping families reach their financial objectives. We are particularly interested in individuals who:

Compensation Structure

We offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and mentorship. Agents will have access to warm leads, eliminating cold calling. Our training includes online resources, events, and personalized mentorship. The average commission per application is competitive, with full-time agents typically processing five or more applications weekly.

  • Part-time agents can expect to earn between $30,000 and $60,000+ in their first year
  • Full-time agents can anticipate earnings ranging from $80,000 to $190,000+ in their first year
  • Agency Owners, with a few years of experience and consistent promotions every 2 to 3 months, can generate a passive income between $200,000 and $500,000+ annually

Results are contingent upon attitude, effort, and skill.
