Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for explaining and demonstrating vehicle features and technology to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with sales personnel to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, options, and specifications
  • Demonstrate vehicle technology and features to customers
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns
  • Conduct test drives and provide feedback to customers
  • Work closely with sales personnel to meet sales goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on vehicle technology and features
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales and customer service experience desired
  • Advanced technology skills and knowledge of vehicle features and options
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This position requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks.
