Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide essential support for a prominent healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the functionality of computer systems and assisting personnel with their technological needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Perform routine updates and maintenance on system software.
- Assist users with technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Travel to various local sites to deliver field service support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT helpdesk, field service, or desktop support role.
- Proficient in supporting a Windows/PC environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as A+, N+, S+, or CCNA is preferred.
