Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and supervision, in compliance with Federal and State regulations and Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
- Conduct admissions assessments and documentation, as well as complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
- Monitor and track clinical systems, such as wound care and infection control, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
- Notify physicians and family members of any changes in resident health and provide proper documentation.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
- Participate in educational meetings for residents and staff.
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
- Nursing experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
- A current Registered Nurse's License in the state of practice, with no judgments against it, and CPR certification.
- Acceptable fluency in English to perform job duties and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and third parties.
