We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our team at Northern Light Health.
About the Role:The Registered Nurse II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
