Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Colorado Springs Southeast. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our franchise, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain a high level of quality in our work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to SERVPRO production processes and procedures.
  • Manage all aspects of Franchise production, including job scheduling, staff management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee and verify accuracy of job estimates, resulting in increased profit margin.
  • Ensure effective job scheduling of job, staff, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Manage production staff, as necessary, and assume role of estimator, production manager, or construction project manager as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a group of qualified subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Provide training for teams on equipment, product, and safety processes, as well as customer service.
  • Assist in the hiring and retention of production staff.
  • Review and sign off on Estimate and Job Files.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of increasingly responsible duties within the Restoration Industry.
  • IICRC Certifications preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proficient in delegation while maintaining control over branch.
  • Aptitude in conflict management and business negotiations.
  • Industry specific knowledge.
