Job Title: Renal Care Specialist

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with ESRD
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
