Role Overview:

The Front Office Host plays a vital role within Latham's Workplace Experience team. This position is tasked with creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors, utilizing a customer interaction system to deliver high-quality, knowledgeable, and consultative customer service alongside administrative support. This role is based in our Paris office, with standard working hours of 8 hours daily, including a one-hour break, from Monday to Friday. Coverage is required between 7:45 AM and 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm and genuine welcome to all guests and staff; guiding both internal and external clients to their destinations.
  • Proactively anticipating client needs through careful preparation and organization.
  • Managing Guest Services and relevant communication channels to ensure a seamless resolution service for clients.
  • Assisting with various ad hoc responsibilities, including phone reception, conference room bookings and setups, responding to transportation or catering requests, and supporting major events.
  • Ensuring that workstations, offices, and collaborative spaces are well-presented, equipped, and configured according to client specifications.
