Senior Mitigation Manager Opportunity

Gpac, a leading search firm, is partnering with a well-established commercial restoration company to find a highly-motivated and proactive Senior Mitigation Manager. This role requires extended experience in commercial/residential restoration, project management, and mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial and residential restoration projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize damage and maximize recovery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Manage Xactimate and other restoration software to track progress and optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management and mitigation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Xactimate experience and IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged.
  • Commercial and residential construction experience, with a background in mitigation.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
