We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Lake Andes Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating a program of activities that promote mental, physical, and social stimulation for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and implementing a variety of activities, including recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs
  • Develop and maintain a schedule of activities that meets the identified individual needs, interests, and capabilities of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Director of Life Enrichment to ensure that all activities align with the community's mission and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and employees
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to activities and resident participation
Requirements
  • Excel in time management and ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining an organized schedule
  • Able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees
