Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and pulmonary conditions.
- Assist with the coordination of care for patients with complex needs, ensuring seamless transitions between departments and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements.
- BSN degree or higher required.
- Current CPR certification and ACLS provider completion within one year of employment.
