Job Opportunity: Senior Project Controls Specialist

Gilbane is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Specialist to contribute to our team in a dynamic work environment. As a top construction management firm with a rich history, Gilbane offers a platform to build various projects such as schools, hospitals, and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor cost control systems to ensure project efficiency.
  • Supervise the development of client and internal status reports to maintain transparency.
  • Provide support in procurement processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze risk and forecast contingency requirements to mitigate potential issues.
  • Mentor junior staff on change control procedures to enhance their skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project controls.
  • Proficient in project controls tools and systems.

Salary Range: $126,900.00-$174,500.00 per year plus benefits.
