Position Overview
As a vital member of the clinic leadership team, you will deliver professional and comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting. You will oversee the clinic's workflow under the guidance of the management team, prioritizing patient care, flow, staffing, and resource allocation. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while being accountable for the provision of coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based quality care tailored to the individual needs of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care that aligns with the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics.
- Collaborate with the management team to determine clinic priorities regarding patient care and resource distribution.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulations.
- Deliver compassionate care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients throughout their lifespan.
Qualifications
Required:
- Nursing degree/diploma upon hire.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Current Montana Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with a similar patient population.
- Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities to both licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of RN experience managing complex patient cases.
- Experience in providing leadership, clinical staff education, and competency development.
